Yoshio Sakamoto is a Japanese game designer, director and producer who’s been working at Nintendo since 1982.
He designed the character art for Metroid and designed Kid Icarus, and went on to direct Super Metroid, Metroid Fusion, Metroid: Zero Mission and Metroid: Other M.
